Practice materials to improve your writing

bullet1 Run-on sentence

Your feedback says:

SENTENCE ERROR: RUN-ON SENTENCE - your 'sentence' consists of two main clauses not properly connected. You may need to put in a full stop to make two separate sentences

So what’s the problem? And what do you need to do?

Keep those sentences short and clear. Remember that in English academic writing, sentence length on average is about 18 words, no more! So use periods to separate your main clauses!
