This afternoon I have had a wonderful visiting to "Dartington Crystal".It was very interesting the trip. From the beginning I saw the many different tape the glasses and many workers were making new glassings. At the end we met the manager, who was answer our many questions.

For example, I asked him about "how long it will be take the people become a top maker?". He said: it might be take a ten or twelve years for training basic maker after that, parhapes they cna become a professional in this company. But another possibility is : If you have the dextrous hands, that will not take you like that longer. So from this question I really appreciate why this company making a perfack of profit in Britian, which's about 16 million pounds per a year. So this trip gave me too many unlike sense.
